Terms of Service

These are the terms for using SportsTracker. We've written them like a person talking to you, not a lawyer talking at you — but they're still the agreement between us, so please give them a read.

What SportsTracker is

A fast, free way to follow live scores, standings, and stats for the leagues you care about. We offer it as-is and will keep changing it — adding, improving, and sometimes retiring things — as the app grows.

Your account

Keep your login secure and use accurate information. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so please don't share it — one person per account.

Playing fair

Follow the Community Guidelines. Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app, don't use it to harass anyone, and don't do anything illegal with it.

Suspensions & bans

We want this to stay a good place for fans. If you break these terms or the guidelines — or if we honestly believe we need to in order to protect the app or the people using it — we may suspend or permanently ban your account at our discretion. If you think that's a mistake, you can appeal up to twice and a real person will read it.

About the data

Scores and stats come from public sources and can be delayed or occasionally wrong. Please don't rely on SportsTracker for anything that truly matters (like wagering decisions) — always check the official source first.

As-is, honestly

We can't promise the app is always available or perfectly accurate, and we aren't responsible for anything you miss or any decision you make based on it. You use it at your own discretion.
